Scalable and Interoperable Web SCADA System for Electric Bicycle Sharing Based on the IEC 61850 Standard

A distributed monitoring architecture for shared electric bicycles, combining IEC 61850/MMS interoperability, real-time Web SCADA supervision, Kubernetes autoscaling, and a virtualized testbed validated with up to 1,000 simulated bicycles.

CVRP Route Optimization

A reproduction and extension of a genetic algorithm for the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem, enhanced with Clarke-Wright Savings and 2-opt. The implementation reduced the average gap from 15.45% to 8.25% and outperformed the paper's baseline in 9 of 10 benchmark instances.
